Lucy AIOS
Our governed AI operating-system project: designed around human oversight, evidence, and clearly defined execution boundaries.

From governed AI to desktop companions with character, we build technology that puts people in control—and gives every interaction a little more life.
Three very different products in development. One approach: useful technology, deliberate engineering, and a clear understanding of who stays in control.

An expressive fox companion designed for an animated desktop presence, helpful interaction, and a world of its own.
Not publicly available · preparing a controlled, invitation-only private beta
A watchful eagle companion with a calm, deliberate personality and its own independent identity.

Nothing here is for sale yet. Every product shown is in development: none can be bought or publicly downloaded, and this site offers no trials, beta registration or access to Cloud Lucy. Glimwynn's controlled private beta is by invitation only. Anything that becomes available will be clearly marked as available.
Explore a concept inspired by Glimwynn’s den and the Fenton Lab workshop. A small interactive glimpse of what companion software could feel like.

A calm, playful place imagined for Glimwynn. Select a glowing marker to explore the concept.
A PROTOTYPE EXPERIENCECompanions should be helpful, expressive, and meaningfully different from one another.
Features such as memory, file search, and microphone access are designed to require explicit user choices.
Glimwynn, Eyravon, and future companions each get their own character and direction.
We believe AI should be capable without being careless. That means clear boundaries, user choices, evidence for consequential actions, and software built to earn trust over time.
Follow our development journeyHuman oversight and controlled execution are foundational design goals—not afterthoughts.
Progress is tested, documented, and described honestly, including what's still unfinished.
Useful companions should respect individual permissions and the user's control over their experience.
Future companion concepts include Emberlyn, Tinkervane, and Nixialis—each envisioned with a distinct identity. They remain concepts while we work on the foundations.
See the companion collectionAn honest view of the next stage of Fenton Lab development. Each item says whether it is working and tested, still in progress, or planned.
We are preparing real-world testing of Glimwynn on independently installed Windows PCs. The next step is an owner-led rehearsal on Windows, followed by controlled testing with a small invited group. Glimwynn is not publicly available, and there is no public sign-up.
The Workshop gives companions practical instruments and devices, built so each one keeps its own permissions.
Fenton Lab's first integration built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) connects toward Lucy Coding Studio.
A local prototype only: it is not publicly available and is not yet connected to ChatGPT.
A planned central place for managing compatible Fenton Lab software: approved plugins, individual permissions, updates and connection status.
Planning only: no Ecosystem Manager software exists yet.
An independent studio is built one careful release gate at a time. Here's what we're focused on.
Next: an owner-led rehearsal on Windows, then controlled testing with a small invited group, with a verified update in every test cycle.
01Three read-only tools work locally. Secure remote connectivity is still in development.
02Testing controlled execution, deployment boundaries, and the difference between local and hosted systems.
03We share honest progress as the work develops, and we welcome people who want to see independent software grow.
